14-day money back guarantee

Solid Gold offers a 14-day money back guarantee or exchange on all purchases made through our website that have not been engraved. The goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging, with the purchaser liable for any insurance and postage charges. There must be no evidence of wear and tear before a refund will be given.

Our refund policy does not apply to purchases made directly through our showroom.

Diamond Jewellery

A lifetime warranty is offered on all diamond jewellery purchases. A warranty card will be issued with delivery of goods. All diamond jewellery purchases are unconditionally guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for life and will be replaced or repaired at the option of Solid Gold, on presentation of proof of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover loss, theft or damage by "accident", "negligence", "fair wear and tear" or "act of God". Maintenance carried out by a third party will void our warranty.

Complimentary Jewellery Cleaning

We recommend you take advantage of our complimentary cleaning service offered yearly. Terms and conditions of this guarantee may change without notice.
