Payment Options

Solid Gold offers several payment options for your convenience. Once an item has been selected and arrangements confirmed, payments can be made electronically, in store, by mail or by telephone credit card. Please also see our in store lay by and finance options.

Alternative payment options may be arranged after speaking with one of our showroom consultants. Lack of identification when paying via credit card may result in termination of the order.

Lay by

Solid Gold ofers a unique online lay by service where goods can be purchased and paid for over a period of three months.

Our lay by option allows you to plan ahead for a special occasion.

An initial deposit of twenty percent of the purchase price is required, followed by your choice of regular weekly or fortnightly payments.

At your request, payments can be conveniently charged to your credit card automatically. Payments can also be made by phone, post or online.

After selecting our lay by option, you will be contacted by one of our sales staff to ensure any special arrangements have been confirmed.

Delivery

Arrangements will be made for purchase delivery by secured registered post, within Australia, or for overseas purchasers fedex delivery. Postage is free within Australia.

All parcels are insured until they reach their destination.

It is our policy that a signature be received before handing over the goods. This ensures that the goods have reached their intended destination.

Alternative delivery addresses can be arranged with the purchaser accepting all liability for ensuring delivery address is correct and occupied. Please ensure you are aware of your delivery date.

Packaging

All purchases will be delivered and packaged to the purchaser's specifications. Free engraving is offered for all gifts. Jewellery purchases will be boxed in our branded boxes and can be gift wrapped to suit the occasion. Before leaving Solid Gold all items are checked for quality to guarantee workmanship.

Collecting from the Showroom

Goods may also be collected from our Perth showroom at your request. For more information on delivery and insurance please contact our showroom here. We will endeavour to ensure all items shown on the site are available for purchase.

In the event that an item selected is not available, the purchaser will be notified immediately and an equivalent alternative will be offered. Solid Gold will personally notify the purchaser if an item ordered becomes unavailable.
