Solid Gold offers a 14 Day Online Money Back Guarantee or Exchange on all Internet purchases that have not been engraved, as well as a lifetime warranty on all diamond jewellery purchases.

Returns Policy

Where possible all rings are sized to your individual requirements, however if the ring does not fit properly, it can be returned to our showroom for additional sizing free of charge. The ring must be returned to Solid Gold at the purchaser’s cost, but it will then be posted back at no charge.

Rings cannot be returned for refund if sizing has occurred on more than one occasion. Solid Gold reserves the right to refuse refunds at its own discretion where necessary.
