Where possible all of our rings are sized to your requirements, however if the ring does not fit properly, it can be returned to our showroom for additional sizing free of charge. The ring must be returned at the purchaser’s cost and will be posted to you at no charge.
Rings cannot be returned for refund if sizing has occurred on more than one occasion. Solid Gold reserves the right to refuse refunds where necessary.
Solid Gold offers a 14-day money back guarantee or exchange on all purchases that have not been engraved. The goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging with the purchaser liable for any insurance and postage charges. There must be no evidence of wear and tear before a refund will be given.
A lifetime warranty is offered on all diamond jewellery purchases. A warranty card will be issued with delivery of goods. All diamond jewellery purchases are unconditionally guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for life and will be replaced or repaired at the option of Solid Gold, on presentation of proof of purchase.
Online purchases can be converted to an in-store lay by at your request. A three month lay by term is available with the option of regular weekly or fortnightly payments. Items placed on lay by will accrue no interest and can be delivered on completion of lay by. An online confirmation will be completed and sent via email for your records.
Once fully paid, goods can be held at our showroom until the purchaser is ready to collect them. This option is available upon request only. Items placed on lay by for longer than three months will not be refunded. Cancellation of a lay by will result in forfeiture or the initial twenty percent deposit, and a store credit may be issued for the remainder, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Items placed on lay by can not be exchanged.
Payments can be made in our showroom, by mail, internet transfer or by telephone credit card. Payment confirmation will be forwarded by post or email at the purchaser's request. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform Solid Gold of any change in address or personal details. No reminder letters will be sent if payments are missed. Several missed payments may result in cancellation of lay by without notice.
Details of goods held on lay by can be obtained by calling our showroom or by making and enquiry here. Information provided to Solid Gold is for internal use only and will not be passed onto third parties. Solid Gold cannot release information regarding goods held on the premises without prior consent from the purchaser. All purchases will be treated with the strictest confidence.
By selecting a lay by option, the purchaser agrees to abide by the terms and conditions placed upon them by Solid Gold. Solid Gold reserves the right to change the above information without prior notice
