Returns Policy

Where possible all of our rings are sized to your requirements, however if the ring does not fit properly, it can be returned to our showroom for additional sizing free of charge. The ring must be returned at the purchaser’s cost and will be posted to you at no charge.

 Solid Gold reserves the right to refuse refunds where necessary.

A 14 day money back guarantee is offered on all loose diamonds sold on our website. If for any reason you are unhappy with the diamond shipped to you, please contact us immediately to arrange its return. The diamond must be returned in its original packaging at the expense of the purchaser and a refund excluding any shipping costs will be processed. In the case of certified diamonds, the diamond mst be returned with the original certificate or a replacement charge of $250 may be incurred. Where the diamond is internationally sealed, any diamond removed from the seal will be accepted for verification before a refund may be processed. An exchange option may be offered depending on the circumstances surrounding the return.

Diamond set jewellery purchased on this site may be returned for refund if there is no sign of wear and tear. Engraved items of jewellery will not be accepted for a refund. Any diamond or wedding ring altered at the request of the purchaser, will not be accepted for a refund. Large amounts or multiple orders of diamond jewellery may not be accepted for a refund at the discretion of the managing director. Custom designed jewellery is not eligible for a refund, however we may exchange any diamond used in the piece on request. All diamond jewellery must be returned in its original packaging with any supplied valuations returned. The return shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense.

Any item of jewellery offered as a special promotion on this site may be exchanged and refunds issued at the discretion of the Managing director.

Jewellery purchased from our showroom is excluded from this refund policy.
